Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. To manage our appointments effectively and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you abide by our following cancellation policy.

Small Group Classes & Workshops

If you need to cancel an in-person or virtual group class, please notify us 24+ hours in advance of the class start time for a full refund or credit towards a future class or workshop.

No-shows and cancellations / rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the class start time are non-refundable.

In the case the instructor has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or be offered the option to reschedule.

Any qualifying refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from date of cancellation to the card on file.
Private Meal Planning & Coaching

If you need to cancel a private meal planning or coaching appointment, please notify us 24+ hours in advance of the scheduled start time for a full refund or credit towards a future class or appointment.

No-shows and cancellations / rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment start time are non-refundable.

Membership & Digital Content

Due to the nature of access to member-only digital content, all membership fees and digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.
